House League Registration Information

How do I register my child?

You can register in person at the upcoming registration, by mail or at the first practice.  To complete the registration process you must complete and submit the proper forms and all house league fees.

What forms do I need complete for registration?

All players will need to complete the Medical/Consent  form and register online at USA Hockey.  First time players will also be required to submit a copy of their birth certificate. 

What is the House League fee?

House league fees for the 2007 - 2008 season are $375 per player.  All fees are due at time of registration.
